Gala Premiilor in eCommerce 2009

Incet incet ne pregatim de GPeC 2009 (Gala Premiilor in eCommerce 2009), un eveniment care merita tot respectul pentru modul de organizare, pentru rigurozitatea criteriilor de inscriere si a departajare in concurs. Primele 3 editii ale evenimentului au adus un progres constant prin prisma modului de abordare a jurizarii, a conditiilor de inscriere pentru magazinele online precum si a increderii in eveniment.

Si in 2009 GPeC vine cu cateva noutati fata de anii anteriori:

  • criteriul de preselectie referitor la concurenta neloiala (“comercianti care nu isi promoveaza produsele sau serviciile folosindu-se de imaginea concurentei”)
  • atestarea magazinelor participante la intrunirea criteriilor de preselectie GPeC (“Consumatorul trebuie sa afle ca exista comercianti care respecta bunele practici in e-commerce si ca internetul nu e o jungla in care fiecare face ce vrea.”)
  • sectiune exclusiva pentru consumatori, cu avantajele cumparaturilor online si ghid de tranzactionare in conditii de siguranta
  • elemente noi in procesul de jurizare.
  • utilizarea a doua jurii separate, unul format de specialisti online si unul din consumatori obisnuiti
  • reducerea numarului de premii atat pentru magazine cat si pentru companiile implicate in eCommerce (procesatori, banci, etc)
  • Seminariile GPeC, care vor fi de tip Q&A – se evita speechurile lungi si plictisitoare

Moto-ul competitiei:

Nu ne reinventam. Nu redefinim conceptul Galei Premiilor eCommerce. Nu am relaxat criteriile de jurizare si – ca intotdeauna – credem in transparenta, obiectivitate, cifre. Promovam aceleasi principii. Respectam aceleasi valori.

Campanii Augmented Reality

Campaniile bazate pe Augmented Reality (AR) devin din ce in ce mai populare in zona de online marketing in ultimul timp. Din punct de vedere al clientului reprezinta “new tehniques”, din punct de vedere user reprezinta “great stuff”.

Ce este Augmented Reality?

Conform Wikipedia este o zona din cercetarea computerizata care se ocupa cu combinarea datelor din lumea reala cu cele din lumea “virtuala” (a computerelor), unde obiecte generate de computer sunt integrate in transmisii live.

La ce se foloseste?
Se foloseste in domenii variate, de la arhitectura si armata pana la simulari si advertising.

La ce se va folosi in viitor?
Holograme (uau!) – gen conferinta sau genul ecranelor pe care Tom Cruise le folosea in Minority Report
Ochelari similari celor cu raze X
Simulari pentru cinematografe (cum ar fi sa vezi Jurassic Park si decorul din jurul tau sa se schimbe corespunzator? :D )

La ce se foloseste in ADVERTISING?

Pentru a permite userilor sa interactioneze intr-un mod direct cu produsul sau serviciul promovat. Pentru ca este cool, pentru ca este nou, pentru ca are factorul WOW!
La noi s-a facut deja prima campanie cu AR prin DACIA pentru noul model STEPWAY, campanie in care pe site-ul produsului puteai descarca un document, il printai si daca il tineai in fata camerei web puteai vedea pe PC un Stepway pe foaie miscandu-se in functie de miscarea foii in mana ta (testeaza aici!).
P&G face in afara acelasi lucru pentru o campanie ALWAYS Infiniti in care modelele nu se printeaza , ci au fost tiparite ca advertising in diferite reviste de pustoaice.

So, dragi advertiseri care v-ati saturat de bannere acum aveti inca un exemplu de proiect special – care fiind site bineinteles ca ar trebui promovat tot prin mijloacele clasice (bannere, links, adverts, newsletters, viral, etc).

Steve Ballmer – Industria media va fi 100% online

Un articol din The Guardian prezinta declaratiile lui Steve Ballmer, CEO-ul Microsoft, declaratii facute in cadrul Cannes Lions. Ce mi s-a parut mega interesant:

- nu suntem in recesiune, ci piata s-a resetat, nu vom mai ajunge la nivelele dinainte

“I don’t think we are in a recession, I think we have reset,” he said. “A recession implies recovery [to pre-recession levels] and for planning purposes I don’t think we will. We have reset and won’t rebound and re-grow.”

- in 10 ani media traditionala (contentul traditional) va fi online, totusi publisherii nu au reusit inca sa monetizeze serios

“All content consumed will be digital, we can [only] debate if that may be in one, two, five or 10 years,”
“There won’t be [only traditional] newspapers, magazines and TV programmes. There won’t be [only] personal, social communications offline and separate. In 10 years it will all be online. Static content won’t cut it in the future,”

- cuvintele cheie in evolutia media sunt “context” si “relevanta”

There are problems with digital advertising. Start with content and the website environment and [ask] is it suitable for advertising. [That] question is somewhat in the balance as we move forward.
The old approach of simply trying to replicate a print newspaper online is doomed to fail

Romanian Online Market Overview – June 2009

 

Conclusions:
- in the current state the top 3 players are traditional sales houses, in order: INTACT Interactive, DigitalAds and ARBOinteractive, all of them with more than 3 million unique users (duplicated)
- MPI lost its top position due to the split of portfolio with IBU ProTv
- the top 3 players gather almost the same share as all the other players together
- INTACT Interactive is undisputed leader in terms of number of sites in SATISpecifications:
- the figures are extracted from SATI, for the week 15.06 – 21.06.2009
- all the websites were allocated to the sales house that represents them based on each company ratecard
- for trilulilu.ro was taken into consideration only the homepage which is represented by AdEvolution
- of course, all the results are sums of unique clients therefore they contain duplicated users

AVOCATNET – positioning to business

Spre deosebire de primii ani de existenta, cand continutul principal era format de legislatie integrala, in ultima vreme Avocatnet.ro a devenit una dintre publicatiile care ofera informatii extrem de specializate din mediul de consultanta de afaceri.

Iata deci motivul pentru care, incepand cu 18 mai 2009, am decis trecerea din sectinea Legislatie a SATI (Studiul de Audienta si Trafic Internet, realizat de Biroul Roman pentru Audit al Tirajelor) in sectiunea de economie a clasamentului respectiv. Ca urmare a acestei modificari, Avocatnet.ro isi regaseste locul real printre cele mai importante publicatii de business din Romania.

The AVOCATNET network, consisting of avocatnet.ro, taxeimpozite.ro, contractdemunca.ro, infosrl.ro, modelcontract.ro and legalromania.com, moved to the Business section within SATI and also in INTACT Interactive portfolio. The main reason for this re-positioning is that, as Alin said: “we’ve started to offer more and more info on the business consulting area, starting from our first approach in being a portal for the legal issues”.

Looking into SATI we can see that Avocatnet is the fourth most accessed online website in terms of economic content, competing with Hotnews.ro, ZF.ro and WallStreet.ro. The discussion forum answers more than 1000 questions per day, gathered more than 1500 lawyers, accountants or other business consulting specialists and Avocatnet will launch this summer the Law Business Map.

After discussing with Alin, managing partner within Legalnet SRL – owner of Avocatnet.ro, I’ve found some interesting stuff:
- Avocatnet.ro was launched in 2001, 2003 was the first year to really monetize
- initially the website was meant to be an online newspaper or an online law magazine
- as a service offered to the people, Avocatnet believes in satisfying a need more than in being the first in terms of traffic generated
- very soon the product will receive a video area, a law magazine (even sooner :) ), two big events and more than 20 industry meetings until the end of the year.
