Pentru managerii romani aflati in suferinta…

Conform unui articol din ZF in momentul actual ROI pentru forta de munca din Romania este de 1.7, ceea ce se traduce in profit 70% pentru fiecare banutz investit in angajati. La un mic calcul mi-a iesit ca pentru investitii in masina + laptop + traininguri recunoscute international ai putea investi aproximativ 13 000 EUR (sa ma corecteze cineva daca gresesc) si ai avea un ROI-ul (targetul oricarei investitii cu cap) de 9100 EUR. Adica la 13 000 EUR investiti ai castiga 9100 EUR… O fi bine, o fi rau?…

Sa revenim cu picioarele pe pamant acum: cand citesc articole de genul asta ma bufneste rasul; in RO angajatorul prefera sa lase oamenii sa plece adoptand o atitudine ostila (sau in cazul “fericit” ignorand semnele de nemultumire). De-aia am zis de multe ori ca noi, romanii, avem nevoie de manageri mai buni si ca de-aia multinationalele isi aduc MDei din afara la inceput si fac “switch-ul” cu manageri romani abia dupa cativa anisori…

CONCLUZIE: dragii nostri manageri romani, nu uitati ca orice ban investit in oameni se reintoarce cu un profit de 70% (cel putin asa zic expertii) si nu uitati de asemenea ca TOTI angajatii isi doresc sa faca treaba buna.

Despre schimbare…

STARCRAFT 2 – HELL, IT’S ABOUT TIME!

Frunzarind prin lista de noutati pe torrente am descoperit un asa zis STARCRAFT 2 PROMO PACK… Dupa ce m-am holbat la denumire vreo 30 de secunde, incercand sa imi imaginez despre ce e vorba si daca nu cumva o fi vreo tzeapa sau vreun zvon (din acelea care umbla cam de pe cand a terminat primul pustan Starcraft) am decis sa ma conving si am tastat rapid blizzard.com in Firefox. Cand, ce sa vezi?! Ditamai pagina STARCRAFT 2 troneaza pe site-ul Blizzard…
… o fii adevarat? s-au hotarat astia sa faca o continuare celui mai tare joc de strategie (RTS) din toate timpurile?? se pare ca da! ))))))
Bineinteles ca am savurat toate cinematic-urile (excelente, ca de obicei!!!) si toate detaliile oferite despre noile unitati si cladiri Protoss. Se anunta o continuare interesanta!…2 lucruri ar mai fi de zis:
1 la mana: sper ca Blizzard-ul sa reuseasca sa se ridice la nivelul asteptarilor cu Starcraft2
2 la mana: cred ca e singurul joc care ma poate aduce in starea in care sa imi cumpar o placa video performanta, daca e nevoie (abia mi-am luat un R9550)!
